This notice explains how CUSTROMIX LIMITED (“we”) handles personal data collected through https://custromix.ink and through direct enquiries. It is written for people in the United Kingdom.

What we collect

If you send a brief through the contact form or by email, we receive the details you provide: name, email address, organisation (if given), the nature of the work, and your message. If you telephone us, we will process the information you choose to give in that conversation.

This website does not collect biometric data. A project involving facial recognition or other biometric software is a separate processing activity, specified in the contract for that work, and is not started by using this site.

Why we use it

We use enquiry data to respond to you, to assess whether we can take the work, and to keep a record of correspondence. The lawful basis is legitimate interests in operating a professional software practice, or steps toward a contract if you have asked us to prepare a proposal.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to complete the conversation and for a reasonable period afterward so we can refer to what was asked. If work proceeds, retention follows the contract. You may ask us to delete an unused enquiry.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. Email and hosting providers may process messages as processors in order to deliver the service. If the contact form is submitted through a form delivery service, that service processes the message in order to send it to tech@custromix.ink.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise rights, write to tech@custromix.ink.
